2023 hospitality and social plans are well underway, but if you have any suggestions we are always ‘ears open’ just jot us a note to theehoa@gmail.com

As always we are always on the look out for volunteers to help with running the hospitality marquees, just get in touch with Tor  totsy1@hotmail.co.uk if you can help out.

All of our EHOA members benefit from hospitality at all of our sporting events. Take a look at what’s included:

I just wanted to thank you for the first class facilities you provided to owners, staffed by extremely helpful and accommodating people and we greatly enjoyed what it offered us

I particularly appreciated the owners pavilion and the superb friendly catering there.

Great location of the owners pavilion, being able to watch both XC & SJ from there was such a bonus.

Great ring side location to watch the action from with fellow owners.

A calm cool oasis away from the searing heat and delicious cool drink served with a smile.

Great lunch in the ringside marquee.

Fantastic to see so many owners enjoying the action from the EHOA tent.
