With the trot up at Burghley in only two weeks time please take a moment to review the wide selection of home made food that will be on the menu in the EHOA Hospitality Marquee. Each day a different selection of home made, delicious and reasonably priced food will be on offer to members. (Salads £15). All accompanied by hot and cold drinks and quality wine and beers.
Emma Culley and her team have suggested the following:
Breakfast: A selection of Danish pastries, Croissants and preserves, Savoury croissants (brie & mushroom/ ham & cheddar, cheddar & tomato)
Starters: Antipasto skewers / Caprese skewers / Scotch egg and chutney / Vegetarian bruschetta / Prawn & avocado cocktail
Salads: Farmhouse ham / Chargrilled chicken & bacon / Quiche / Piri-piri Chicken / Grazing style / Rib eye steak, all served with fresh leaves, dressings and sourdough french stick
Desserts: Summer fruits / Cheesecake / Fudge cake
AGM Lunch: Paella or Chilli
You can see that Emma and her team of four are intent on the EHOA catering at Burghley reflecting her business’ ethos of ‘Made the way you like it’. With your support we can make provisions of this quality an annual occurrence. Please bring your guests and if in a large group let us know in advance and we will try to reserve a suitable table for you.
