Specific Event Instructions:
Belsay International
The organisers of Belsay International are looking forward to welcoming visitors to Belsay International Horse Trials from Wednesday 31st May to Sunday 4th June 2023, the event’s 10th anniversary fixture.
Entrance Policy – Each car displaying a current BE membership card or Organisers and Officials car pass will be admitted including the member plus one occupant. Follow the car parking signs that you will pick up on approach to the village of Belsay. Competing owners should use the public car park and follow all signs from Belsay village for CARS. Please note that you will not be allowed to park your car in either the Residential or Day Lorry Park, unless you have booked a camping spot.
Belsay International is delighted to host a Marquee for the Event Horse Owners Association. It is situated directly adjacent to the Corporate Hospitality Tent by the Main International Arena, and will welcome owners with tea, coffee and other light refreshments. Owners will be able to watch dressage and show jumping directly from the marquee and the organisers hope you will also enjoy walking out across the Grade 1 listed Parkland with its excellent viewing to see your horses go cross country. Whilst arrangements are well in hand, any willing EHOA volunteers are always gratefully welcomed and should introduce themselves at the tent.
