The Magic Millions Festival of British Eventing is upon us this week.
For those members that require the address it is: Gatcombe Park, Stroud, Minchinhampton, Glos GL6 9AT. All owners car passes will be sent out from The Gatcombe office via email as an e-ticket and e-voucher. Email addresses will be pulled from British Eventing database, please make sure all emails are up to date to avoid e-tickets not reaching you. Syndicates of any number will be entitled to a maximum of 4 owner’s passes. Each pass will allow one vehicle and 2 occupants into the public car park or the daily horse box park (NOT the overnight lorry park). Any issues please contact: info@festivalofbritisheventing.com
As last year the hospitality marquee will be situated at the bottom end of the main arena just in front of the collecting ring with access to the front and back of the marquee. Tor Rickcord and her team of helpers are your hosts for the weekend. Guests are more than welcome and will be charged £5 per day. Lunches are also available on a daily basis and are £12/person. There is also wine available at £3/glass or £12/bottle. Papers, tea/coffee/cordial all available too.
