BE registered Owners will receive a car pass via email (to their BE registered emails) by Monday evening, if you haven’t received the tickets and you were expecting to, please email tickets@bedeltd.co.uk. All tickets will be revalidated each evening so you can use each day. No tickets are required for entry until Friday 3rd October.

To get to the event please follow S81 0UE, as you get closer to the event you will pick up YELLOW horse trials signs. Please follow these into the event and through the village. All owners and riders have dedicated parking which is just over the hedge from the stable yard.

On arrival please go to the event office to collect your owners badges (2 per owner) as you will need this to claim your complimentary tea & coffee!

There will be an owners pavilion onsite which we will be shared with our Public Café. Please show your Owners badges on arrival and you will be able to enjoy complimentary tea & coffee throughout the weekend. There will also be breakfast and lunch available within the area for you to purchase. The Café will also have a live stream of the XC over the weekend in for you to enjoy. We encourage owners to bring their own reusable mugs, to help us improve our green credentials however there will be mugs available to use for a small desposit.

Owners who are planning on camping for the event, need to have booked their complimentary space via our box office using the code OWN100. We do not have hook up available however you can bring your own generators.

Osberton Bistro will be open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings for you to enjoy a relaxed 2-course meal with your riders and teams. Please ensure you have booked this prior to arrival as it is very popular. Use the link (https://osbertonhorse.co.uk/bistro/) to book directly with the caterers.

An Eventful Life will be covering the cross country all weekend and Athalens will be the photographers.

We are looking forward to seeing you all and wish you all the best!

Good luck too you all.
