Grassroots Webinar

The EHOA will once again be running some online webinars. For those of you who have qualified for the Voltaire Design Grassroots Championships 2024, we would like to invite you and your friends who have qualified (open to non members of the EHOA) to some online zoom sessions..

These 45 minute sessions are being led by our two EHOA Board members British Eventing coach Mark Corbett and Miranda Heynes who competed at Badmonton Grassroots herself in 2022.

The aim is to give you an idea on what to expect over the Badminton Competition, what to bring and how to ensure you and your horse are fit enough. We will also finish with a question and answer sessions for anyone who has specific concerns or questions.

No question is too small and we are here to help – if you prefer not to ask you question at the time, do please send it in ahead of time so that we can make sure we cover it for you.

A variety of topics will be cover during the sessions.

Please register your interest in joining the sessions by emailing and we will send you a zoom invitation.

Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

The first session will be held on March 4th at 18:30 and will cover horse fitness and event planning.

The second session will be held on March 25th again at 18:30 and will cover rider fitness. We will be joined by Katie Bleekman (Personal Training & Online Coach | KKB FITNESS | ( a personal trainer and online fitness coach who is equestrian specific who will lead the discussions on rider fitness and what can be achieved from you own home.

Further sessions will be run in April if there is demand from competitors which will include preparation for each phase, course walking, packing for horse and rider and what to expect on arrival.
