Allerton Park:

E-bikes may be used but not around the tradestand area and should not be ridden on the cross country track itself. They should be ridden sensibly and not left lying around where they could cause a hazard.

All Terrain Vehicles/Motorcycles will not be permitted.

Dogs must be kept on short leads at all times.

Entrance Policy – Free to car with current BE member. Otherwise £20 per car. Cash and card payment is available on the gate

Parking – No cars will be allowed in the lorry park due to limited space. The carpark is adjacent to the lorry park.

Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials

Good Morning All,

Day 3 has started early at Blenheim this morning. We are well under way with show jumping in the CCI4* S. Cross country starts for the CCI4* at 11:45.

Tor is looking forward to welcoming many of you in the hospitality marquee which is situated on the North side of the main arena.

Start times and results can all be found on eventing scores and the British Eventing websites.

Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials

Today sees the start of 4 days at the Agria Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials.

Event Location: BLENHEIM PALACE, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, OX20 1PS

Some helpful information

Owners and EHOA members are all warmly invited to the EHOA marquee which is located on the Northern edge of the palace arena between the arena and the collecting ring with a super view of the live action in the arena.

In the marquee you will find:

  1. Newspapers
  2. Tea/Coffee (help yourself!)
  3. Garden with a view of the palace arena
  4. CCTV with live action
  5. Light snacks available
  6. Comfy seats
  7. Great camaraderie

Please be aware that phone signal onsite a Blenheim is not great so I suggest taking a photo of the running order on your phone as printed versions are not widely available. We will have a copy in the marquee for you to take a photo of.

In the trade stands you will find multiple EHOA discount providers so don’t forget your membership card to gain your savings!

An Eventful Life are also filming the action so if you have a horse competing be sure to use your code to get a copy of your video post event.

Don’t forget on Friday afternoon from 14:00 Lycetts are inviting members to join them for a drink in the hospitality marquee.

Cornbury Park Horse Trials

This week sees eventing take place at Cornbury Park.

Owners’ Passes & Hospitality

Owners’ Passes:

Up to three pairs of registered owners of competing horses will be able to gain entry to the event using their e-ticket. E-tickets will be sent to the email addresses registered on the British Eventing database.

If you are not currently registered on the BE database as an Owner, please complete the form below. Today is the final day to apply, so please do so as soon as possible if you have not already:

Cornbury Owners’ Pass Application

Owners’ Hospitality

All registered owners of competing horses will also have access to the generous Owners’ Hospitality facility, situated alongside and overlooking the Main Showjumping Arena.

You will receive an e-ticket by email, which can be exchanged for a wristband at the Information Tent. Please note that e-tickets will only be sent to email addresses registered on the British Eventing database, and you will not be able to access the Owners’ Marquee if you are not registered. We strongly recommend checking your owner status in advance to avoid any issues on arrival.

The Owners’ facility will offer:

  1. Complimentary tea and coffee
  2. Light refreshments
  3. Hawkstone Cider and Lager
  4. Mirabeau wine
  5. Excellent views overlooking the showjumping arena

A few other useful details

  1. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, and some areas of the venue are restricted and will not allow dogs.
  2. Equireel will be onsite capturing the action throughout the event.

Just a reminder about the Annual AGM which is taking place on Thursday at Burghley Horse Trials – all the details you need have been emailed to you.

If you are unable to attend but would like to vote please do complete the proxy form and email it to alex.vantuyll@ehoa.org

Should you have any questions, please do get in touch otherwise see you Thursday.

On a separate matter, for those members coming to Burghley tomorrow to watch the trot up, the hospitality marquee will be open for an hour post trot up should you wish to pop in for a beverage.

Defender Burghley Horse Trials

To aid you with your planning ahead of the Defender Burghley Horse Trials next week we have pulled together some useful information about the event.

Our hospitality marquee will be open daily on Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 08:30. For Saturday we will open earlier at 08:00.

For a second year we warmly welcome the British Polo Gin team into the hospitality marquee. Rich and his team will be offering charcuterie boards, hummus and crudités, free range bacon butties, fresh seasonal salads, snacks and so much more.

Lycetts are once again offering complimentary tea and filter coffee to all members on a help yourself bar.

Stable field passes are available to fully paid-up members. If you would like a pass, please come along to the EHOA Marquee from Thursday morning to collect yours. One pass is available per membership. These passes have been made available thanks to the very generous team at Burghley, and we kindly ask that members respect the privilege and do not abuse the arrangement. Thank you to the Burghley team for their continued generosity and support.

Guests are permitted to use the EHOA facility if accompanied by a member, but they will be asked to pay per day they attend. Prices for 2026:

  1. Thursday – £25
  2. Friday – £30
  3. Saturday – £35
  4. Sunday – £15

On Thursday the Annual EHOA AGM with take place in our hospitality marquee after the conclusion of the dressage in the main arena (exact time will be sent to the membership after start times have been released, along with the agenda).

The Scone to Burghley cyclists will join us in the marquee at the conclusion of the AGM to celebrate their huge achievement of some 600 KMs in three days!

Friday sees EHOA board director Mark Corbett walk the hallowed turf at Burghley. Members and their guests are welcome to join him to listen to his insight on the course, fence design, riding lines, distances and so much more. Donations welcome, which will go the GCF. To join in, please sign up at the Welcome desk in the marquee. We will meet at the marquee at 12 noon.

Friday is a busy day in the marquee with the Georgie Campbell Foundation (GCF) joining us in at the conclusion of dressage for a cross-country preview. The evening will start at around 17:00. Tickets to be purchased in advance online here and EHOA members will receive a £10 discount. All ticket holders will receive a complimentary drink on arrival. The preview will be led by Nicole Brown and she will be joined by a panel of riders and Clayton Fredericks, one of the assistant course designers so it’s definitely the place to be!

Scone Palace International Horse Trials

 Good Evening All,  

Scone Palace starts with dressage in all sections tomorrow morning with the CCI-L sections having done their respective trot up’s earlier this afternoon in the Scottish sunshine.

Event address: Scone Palace, Perth, Perthshire, PH2 6BD – please follow horse trials signs. Entrance Policy – Competitors will be issued with one rider pass plus one groom pass. Each registered Owner will be issued with one pair of passes, with a maximum of two pairs of Owners’ passes per horse.

Owners’ Hospitality is available to all Owners and EHOA members and is run by the event organisers. The dedicated hospitality marquee, overlooking the Main Arena, will be open from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Thursday to Sunday, offering complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day.
